Sophy L. has a diverse range of work experience in finance and project management roles. Sophy began their career at TII Network Technologies as a Corporate Controller, where they managed the corporate finance function and oversaw plant accounting and outsourcing operations. Sophy then moved on to Beech-Nut Nutrition Company as a Corporate Controller, responsible for global infant nutrition manufacturing. At MVP Health Care, Sophy served as a Sr. Analyst of Corporate Planning, providing financial leadership and strategic insights to various functional areas. Following that, they joined AWS Truepower as a Chief Financial Officer, overseeing global financial operations in the renewable energy sector. Before their current role at DASNY (Dormitory Authority - State of New York), where they serve as the Director of Enterprise Project Management & Analysis, they worked at Protective Industrial Products as an Operations Controller/ Corporate Controller, focusing on supplying personal protective equipment to industrial distribution. Sophy has a strong background in financial management and a breadth of expertise across different industries.

Sophy L. has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Statistics from Chihlee Institute of Technology. Sophy also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the New York Institute of Technology. In addition, Sophy has completed the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) program in SEC/ FASB, totaling 125 CPE credits, from the KPMG Executive Education.
