Morgan Rowland currently serves as a Contract Administrator at the Dormitory Authority - State of New York (DASNY) since June 2019. Additionally, Morgan has held the position of Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of Schenectady since August 2017 and works as a Law Clerk at Shenker Russo & Clark LLP since January 2016, where responsibilities include conducting legal research and engaging with legislative members. Prior experience includes serving as an NCAA Compliance Intern at the University at Albany, assisting Division 1 athletes with eligibility maintenance and NCAA rule presentations. Morgan holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Albany Law School (2014-2017) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Le Moyne College (2008-2012).
