Habtamu Kumlachew has over a decade of experience in digital and IT risk management, currently serving as Manager of Digital and IT Risk and Head of Technology and Cyber Risk at Dashen Bank S.C. since November 2013. Prior roles include Technology and Cyber Risk Analyst and Information System Auditor at the same institution. Previously, Habtamu worked in government roles focusing on database and website development as well as database administration from November 2009 to November 2013, and as an Information Technology Expert from August 2008 to November 2009. Academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and IT from Arbaminch University (2006-2008) and a Master of Business Administration from Maryland International College (October 2020 - March 2023).
