Mikk Kirstein is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management roles. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Bolt since December 2019, Mikk leads a team of six engineers, guiding and mentoring them in a collaborative environment. As a co-founder and CTO at Dashbird since March 2017, Mikk has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's technological direction. Previous positions include Software Engineer at Starship Technologies, Software Developer at Testlio, and various software development roles at Toggl and Elisa, where Mikk contributed to building high-performance applications and self-service portals. Mikk's technical expertise encompasses backend and frontend development, utilizing technologies such as Node.js, TypeScript, and PHP.
