Binh Mai has extensive experience in customer service and management within the telecommunications and electronics sectors. Currently serving as RMA Indochina Management at DASAN Zhone Solutions Vietnam since January 2016, responsibilities include overseeing South Area RMA Management for major clients such as Viettel Group and VNPT. Prior to this role, Binh Mai held the position of Customer Service Manager at Viettel Telecom from August 2008 to December 2015 and served as Customer Service Director at Trung Tâm �iện máy và Nội Thất Thiên Hòa for a brief period in 2008. Binh Mai's career commenced at Sony Vietnam Co. Ltd. as a Production Assistance Manager from May 1996 to April 2008, focusing on production planning and equipment maintenance. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from HCMC University of Economic and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic-Electrical from HCMC University of Technology and Education.
