With a background in technical support and healthcare research analysis, as well as experience as HIM Manager at Southwest Regional Medical Center, Adam brings a comprehensive approach to healthcare IT and client support. Adam holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management and Systems from The Ohio State University.
