Steve H. has over 30 years of work experience in the food industry. Steve began their career in 1989 as an Operation Manager of Outside Co-Pack Production and Sales at Bar-S Foods Co. In 1998, they moved to Specialty Food Group/SMG as Senior Vice President of Sales. In 2005, they founded and became President of Simply Good Foods, which was acquired by Monogram Foods in 2007. Steve then held the role of GM and Vice President at Monogram Comfort Foods (a Monogram Foods Division) from 2007 to 2009. Steve then moved to Monogram Foods as Vice President and General Manager from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, they became President of Simply Unique Snacks LLC until 2016. Steve then moved to Farmer's Pantry as Chief Customer Officer (CXO) & COO until 2019. Currently, Steve is the Chief Operating Officer at Darwin's Natural Pet Products.

Steve H. has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Arizona State University. Steve attended Brophy College Prep, Phoenix, AZ, and Northern Arizona University where they studied Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Steve also has certifications in FSQA (Food Safety Quality Assurance) obtained in August 1999, Food Safety Manager Certification obtained in September 1998, and HACCP Certified Manager.
