Joana Silva is an experienced IT Recruiter and HR Generalist at darwinLabs, a company specializing in OutSystems, since September 2018. Prior to this role, Joana worked at Smart Consulting as a Sourcing & Recruitment Consultant and at cleverti as an IT Recruiter / HR Technician, where responsibilities included developing recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees. Joana’s earlier career included positions as a Customer Service Agent at Vodafone, an HR Technician intern at PeopleConquest RH, and various roles in social work. Joana holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from ISEG and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Universidade Lusófona.
