João Marinelli currently serves as the Chief Growth Officer at Darwin Startups, where the focus is on connecting startups and companies within an innovation ecosystem. Key responsibilities include building relationships, developing synergies, and designing strategies to enhance the impact of innovation actors. Previously, João co-founded and was the CEO of Origem by Darwin, aimed at fostering entrepreneurship in Brazil through education and capacity building. Also, former roles at Darwin Startups include Head of Communities, where management of the Embaixadores program supported community agents nationwide, and Analyst of Community. Before that, João contributed to Easy Way - Cozinha Saudável in roles related to strategic planning, business development, and marketing. João's early career began as a marketing intern at Tilibra. Educational achievements include an MBA from FGV and a Bachelor's in Public Relations from Universidade Estadual Paulista.
