Rich Bowen serves as the Executive Vice President of Platform Operations at Darwin Homes, overseeing customer experience, strategy, operations analytics, and field operations since February 2024. In addition, Rich Bowen has been involved with various startups as a Vice President of Customer Experience and holds the position of Angel Investor at First Round Capital since August 2021. As a mentor, Rich Bowen contributes to Techstars' accelerator program, American Corporate Partners, and a unique mentorship community for early-stage founders. Rich Bowen's advisory roles extend to Iterative Venture, Shappi, Next Billion Advisors, Apokto, and Homads, focusing on empowering diverse consumer bases and enhancing operational practices. Rich Bowen's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Philosophy in Operations Research from The Open University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Essex.
