Marcellous Glispie has four years of experience in property management. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at The Sterling Group as an Assistant Property Manager. Marcellous then transitioned to Steadfast Companies in 2019, where they served in the same role. In 2021, they were hired by Housing Opportunities for Women (HOW) as a Property Manager. Currently, they are employed by Darwin Homes - Property Management as an Onboarding Coordinator.

Marcellous Glispie attended Tennessee State University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences.
