Kat Barrell has extensive experience in marketing and natural healing. As the Owner of Call of the Wild Energy Therapy, LLC since 2014, Kat specializes in blending Reiki energy with animal communication for horses, dogs, and cats. Concurrently, Kat serves as the Marketing Manager at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, where responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives and managing budgets. Previous roles include Marketing Project Manager at Fluent Inc., Marketing Director at Conference Management Associates, Inc., Alternate Advertising Coordinator at PC Connection, and Marketing Assistant at LaValley Building Supply, Inc. Kat holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Boston University.
