Devin Frink has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they were a Patient Observer at Health Alliance. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Mental Health Assistant at Baldpate Hospital and as a Sales Representative at Eastrep Company and Gigavac. In 2013, they also became a New England Sales Representative for Aero Components and began working as a MA, NH, VT, ME & RI Sales Representative for JHD DISPLAYS. In 2015, they became a Parts Associate at HK Power Sports and a Head Flight Instructor at DARTdrones Flight Academy.

Devin Frink attended Great Bay Community College from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
