Ohnet Castor has extensive experience in the culinary field, serving as Chef and Chef Manager at Dartcor Management Services and Dartcor Food Services since November 2003. In addition, Ohnet Castor has been the owner of D&C Catering Service since July 2009. Ohnet Castor holds a certificate in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from NYRS, completed between 1999 and 2001.
