John Pinyerd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in transportation and logistics, having most recently served as Vice President of National Accounts at Dart Transit and Dart Network from December 2002 until retirement. In this role, John oversaw sales in the Southeast region, managing diverse modes including truckload and intermodal services. Prior to Dart, John held significant positions at Eastman Chemical Company as Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, directing a $400 million procurement budget, and as Senior Logistics Manager at XPO Logistics, where key projects included collaborations with major brands. Earlier career roles also included Director of Transportation at RECONSERVE INC and Traffic Manager at Uptons. John earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation and Logistics from Auburn University.
