Jeffrey Cassar is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Manager of ICT Management Systems at Malta International Airport plc since July 2019, overseeing the Cyber Security, Quality (ISO9001/ISO27001), and GRC functions within the Innovation and Technology Department. Prior to this role, Jeffrey held positions at APS Bank, where responsibilities included managing IT service operations and supporting the implementation of the bank’s IT business plan during September 2016 to July 2019. Experience also includes serving as Change Lead for Service Transition at SITA MALTA and as a Network Support Administrator at Air Malta. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science (MSc) in IT Service Management from the University of Northampton and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Youth Services/Administration from the University of Malta, alongside earlier studies in engineering and education.
