Austin Bascle is a System Engineer at DART Tech since June 2022, with prior experience as a Computer/Medical Systems Analyst at Terrebonne General Medical Center from February 2017 to March 2022. At Terrebonne General Medical Center, Austin provided Level 1-3 tech support for over 1500 employees and managed IT needs for 11 outpatient clinics, including project management for clinic startups. Previous experience includes serving as a Helpdesk Operator, handling phone inquiries and technician support, and working as an Editor for All Platform Gaming, where Austin wrote professionally researched articles on the video game industry. Educated at Nicholls State University, Austin earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems in December 2016.
