Joel M. possesses extensive experience in risk management and claims administration within the transportation sector. Currently serving as the Risk Manager for the Delaware Transit Corporation since November 2022, Joel previously held the position of Claims Administrator at the Delaware River Port Authority for nearly a year. Prior to this, a significant tenure as a Claims Specialist at Holman spanned nearly a decade from November 2012 to January 2022.
