Dale Karolak has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Dale began their career at ITT Industries in 1985 as a Software/Systems Engineering Manager, where they worked until 1994. Dale then joined TRW as a Director of Engineering and remained there until 2000. From 2000 to 2005, Dale served as the Vice President of Product Development at Magna International. Dale then moved on to Coe Newnes/McGehee, where they held the position of Sr. Vice President of Engineering and Technology from 2005 to 2008. Dale subsequently worked as the Director of Software Development and R&D at Assembly and Test Worldwide in 2008. In 2009, they became the Vice President of Software Development at Lowry Computer Products and then transitioned to AVL in 2011, where they worked as a Product Manager. Finally, Dale joined Dart Container as the Engineering Director in 2011 and progressed to become the Senior Director of Engineering in December 2019.

Dale Karolak holds a PhD in Software Engineering from The Union Institute and University. In addition, they have obtained an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix, as well as a BS in Computer Science from Central Michigan University.
