Dr. Paul N. Locklear, Ed.D, serves as a South Carolina Educator for the Darlington County School District since August 2021 and has held the role of Adjunct Instructor at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke's School of Education since January 2019. With extensive experience in educational leadership, Dr. Locklear has been a Principal within the Public Schools of Robeson County since July 2002 and was previously a Teacher of Science and Social Studies at Hoke County Schools from October 1999 to July 2002. Earlier teaching experience includes a role as a Social Studies Educator at the Public Schools of Robeson County from October 1996 to July 1997. Dr. Locklear earned a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Wingate University (2014-2017), a Master's degree in School Administration from Fayetteville State University (2002-2004), and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke (1992-1994).
