During high school, she attended Eastern Maine Vocational Technical Institute, studying data processing. After graduating from Hermon High School, she began work on the operations side of banking for five years. The next five-year adventure was working on the real estate side of Eaton Peabody. Before finding the home at Darling's in 2018, she worked at U.S. Cellular in Bangor for 20 years.
