Emma Avlas is an experienced professional in health coaching and quality management, currently serving as Manager of Quality and Education at DarioHealth Corp. since June 2018. In this role, Emma ensures effective training programs, implements a Learning Management System, and oversees the onboarding and ongoing education of staff. Emma’s previous positions at DarioHealth include Team Lead and Shift Supervisor in the Coaching Team, where responsibilities encompassed collaboration with Product and R&D departments, team performance management, and innovation in coaching services. Prior to DarioHealth, Emma worked as an English teacher and held various roles in education, including an Israel Teaching Fellow and ITF Coordinator. Emma holds a Master's degree in Public Health with a focus on Global Health Leadership and Administration from the University of Haifa, and a Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion from American University.
