Noah Romley

Strategic Sourcing Manager at Darigold

Noah Romley has a diverse work experience in both the private sector and the US Navy. Starting in 2011, they worked in the US Navy as a Senior Technician, where they processed hydraulic oil samples and performed troubleshooting and repairs on hydraulic components. Noah then became a Team Lead Manager, overseeing the refurbishing and restoration of support equipment and identifying material discrepancies. Noah was also an Operations Manager, responsible for training and qualifying personnel in hydraulic testing and repair, as well as troubleshooting and repairing aviation hydraulic components.

In 2016, Noah transitioned to the role of Lean Six Sigma Consultant in the US Navy, where they trained and certified personnel in Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraint practices. Noah conducted numerous projects and mentored new Green Belts and Green Belt Instructors.

Since 2019, Noah has been working at Darigold as a CMMS Coordinator. In this role, they were accountable for maintaining the uptime of production assemblies, managing a department budget, and overseeing vendor requisitions. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Planning and Sourcing Manager.

Throughout their career, Noah has demonstrated their ability to excel in technical roles, lead teams, and implement process improvement methodologies.

Noah Romley completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University in 2024. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication and Media Studies with a focus on Business Administration from Seattle University. Noah also holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In addition to their academic qualifications, Noah obtained certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Instructor from the US Navy. Noah also received training in Aircraft Paint Touch-up and Markings, as well as Aviation Corrosion Control.
