Jim Wells has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jim started their career as a Resident Volunteer Firefighter/EMT at Graham Fire and Rescue in 1991. In 1993, they worked as a Route Sales-Driver at Nagel Beverage, where they excelled in sales-driven contests and initiatives. From 1999 to 1999, Jim worked as a Driver-Wildland Fire Crew Transport at Alpine Transport, safely transporting crews and their gear to and from Wildland Fire Incidents. At Micron Technology, Jim held the position of Emergency Services Technician from 2000 to 2019. In this role, they operated a 24/7 Control Room, dispatched internal responders, and monitored Micron's worldwide locations. In their most recent roles, Jim worked as a Communications Specialist at Life Flight Network from March 2019 to May 2019, and as a Commercial Driver at Darigold from September 2019 to present. Additionally, Jim served as the Co-President of Idaho Chapter at Prader-Willi Syndrome Association starting in 2012.
