William Thompson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software quality assurance, currently serving as a Software QA Team Lead at Darden since October 1994. With a strong background in test analysis, test design, and authoring various testing documentation including test plans and validation summaries, William effectively manages testing projects and coordinates with SQA management and development teams. William's skills include executing tests across multiple platforms, managing defects, and maintaining high-quality standards in test execution. Prior to Darden, William served in the United States Air Force Security Forces for a decade, achieving the rank of SSGT E-5. Educational credentials include studies at the Community College of the Air Force and graduation from Warren County High School.
