Syed Abdullah Morshed has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Syed began their career as an intern at VIYELLATEX Group, where they also worked as a Trainee Officer and then as an Executive in the Employee Relations & Talent Management department. In these roles, Syed assisted with recruitment and selection processes and prepared job descriptions. Syed then moved on to become a Team Lead in Training & Development at VIYELLATEX Group, focusing on ensuring employees were well-trained and developing competency mapping for them.

Afterwards, Syed joined RANCON as a Reward & HR Operations Deputy Manager. Here, they managed various HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and performance appraisal. Syed also handled payroll administration responsibilities.

Most recently, Syed worked at Daraz, first as an HR Operations Manager and later as the Head of HR Operations. In these roles, they led the Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, and HR Operations functions of the HR department. Syed implemented and ran an ERP payroll module, managed employee grievances and disciplinary procedures, and introduced new employee benefits.
