Rasalingam Sujakaran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Rasalingam started their career in October 2010 as a Customer Service Representative at AEGIS GLOBAL OUTSOURCING LIMITED, where they worked until November 2014.

In January 2012, they joined Worldwide Gaming Center as a Computer Hardware Network Technician, where they were responsible for troubleshooting software and hardware issues and maintaining network equipment. Rasalingam held this role until November 2014.

From November 2014 to February 2017, Sujakaran worked as a Customer Service Executive at HUTCHISON TELECOMMUNICATIONS LANKA (PRIVATE) LIMITED. Rasalingam then transitioned to the role of a Complaints Representative L2 Support until August 2018, where they provided support and resolved customer complaints.

Rasalingam'seducational background also includes a certification in Windows Based Network Administration from the Turnkey IT Training Center.

In terms of additional certifications, Rasalingam Sujakaran obtained the "Creating Higher Performance Teams Basics" certification from Ubiquity University in April 2021. Rasalingam also holds certifications in NSE 1 and NSE 2 Network Security Associate from Fortinet, earned in May 2020.
