Md Shirajul Islam has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies.

Md Shirajul currently works at Daraz as a Regional Campaign Planning Manager, where they are responsible for planning and managing platform campaigns, analyzing data, recommending optimizations, and ensuring strategy implementation. Md Shirajul also identifies process improvement opportunities and analyzes customer behavior to meet business targets.

Prior to that, Md Shirajul Islam worked at Bproperty.com as a Business Analyst, where they prepared performance-based reports, managed inventory, analyzed leads, and regulated P&L reports. Md Shirajul also acted as a liaison between the business and tech development teams, prioritized product backlog, conducted testing, and contributed to the product vision.

Md Shirajul Islam completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance from North South University, from the year 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Higher Secondary Certificate from Adamjee cantonment college, specializing in Science, from the year 2009 to 2011. Before that, they completed their Secondary School Certificate in Science from Motijheel govt. Boys high school, from the year 2007 to 2009.

Furthermore, in 2018, they completed the "Financial Modeling Masterclass" from Professional Finance Studies.
