Irfan Shahzad has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Irfan started their career at Unilever in 2008 as a Quality Inspector, where they monitored the quality of raw materials and conducted inspections and testing of finished products. Irfan then joined Mayfair Group of Companies as a Quality Assurance Supervisor, responsible for conducting inspections and audits on various aspects of production and training workers on quality standards.

In 2016, Irfan joined Rupali Foods Pvt Ltd, where they initially served as a Circle Lead - Warehouse, monitoring and controlling store activities and ensuring operational efficiency. Irfan later became a Team Lead - Warehousing, overseeing inventory control systems and managing the physical condition of the warehouse.

In 2022, Irfan moved to Imtiaz as an Executive Warehouse Operations, where they managed night shift operations at the central warehouse in Lahore, coordinating the daily flow of operations and ensuring fulfillment for multiple locations.

Currently, Irfan is working at Daraz as an Inbound Manager. In this role, they are responsible for developing an inbound team, improving performance through metrics and mentoring, and ensuring daily operations meet productivity and quality targets.

Throughout their career, Irfan has demonstrated skills in team management, resource planning, inventory control, and quality assurance.

Irfan Shahzad attended Govt College Bhalwal from 2004 to 2006, where they completed their Inter degree in General Science. In 2017, they enrolled in the University of Sargodha and graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree.

In addition to their educational achievements, Irfan Shahzad has obtained several certifications. In October 2015, they earned a certification in Halaal from Sanha Halal Associates Pakistan Pvt Ltd. In February 2018, they obtained certifications in ISO 22000:2005 and ISO 9001:2015 from Rupali Foods Pvt Ltd. In May 2018, they completed a certification in Fire-Fighting from Rupali Foods Pvt Ltd. Lastly, in September 2020, they obtained a certification in Health and hygiene at Work Place from SAACI.
