Aidana Almasbekkyzy has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2016, they worked as an Electrical Engineer Intern at EltexAlatau. In 2018, they served as a Trainee in the Tax Department at Total E&P Kazakhstan. Aidana'smost recent position is at DAR, where they started in 2020. At DAR, they initially worked as a Middle System Analyst, where they handled projects in FinTech, EdTech, and HR solutions. Aidana collaborated with an international team to develop products for overseas markets and performed dual roles as a business and system analyst. Currently, they hold the position of Project Development Manager at DAR since July 2022.

Aidana Almasbekkyzy has a strong educational background in engineering and management. Aidana obtained their Master's degree in Engineering Management from Nazarbayev University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Robotics and Mechatronics from the same university from 2014 to 2018. During their undergraduate studies, they also attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison for a summer term in 2017. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, Aidana completed a Foundation degree in Phys/Math from Nazarbayev University from 2013 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Aidana has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Aidana earned a certification in Techmind from IAMPM in November 2022. Aidana also completed the Google Project Management certification from Coursera in November 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a certification in Marketing in a Digital World from Coursera in June 2020.
