Clint Strong

Senior Mechanical Engineer at DAPR Engineering, LLC

Clint Strong has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Clint began their career as an Aircraft Technician in the United States Marine Corps, where they served for eight years. After their military service, they worked as a Maintenance Technician at Eaton for four years.

In 2005, Clint joined TRUMPF North America as a Laser Service Engineer, specializing in laser technology. Clint worked in this role for four years before transitioning to a Program Coordinator position at Bedford Research Corporation, Inc. (BRCI) in 2014.

After gaining valuable experience in program coordination, Clint pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. During their studies, they also worked as a Mechanical Engineering Student at the university. In 2018, they took on the role of Mechanical Engineer for a Senior Capstone Project at Brooks Automation.

Continuing their education, Clint enrolled in the Master of Science Engineering Management program at UMass Lowell in 2019, while also working as a Mechanical Engineer at Forgione Engineering, Inc. for a few months.

Currently, Clint is working as a Mechanical Engineer at DAPR Engineering, LLC, where they have been since the beginning of 2020. With their extensive background in engineering and program coordination, Clint brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.

Clint Strong completed their Master of Science degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, from 2019 to 2020. Before that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, from 2015 to 2019. Apart from their formal education, Clint has also acquired several certifications, including CSWPA-DT from Dassault Systèmes in February 2022, SOLIDWORKS: Sheet Metal Design from LinkedIn in January 2021, SOLIDWORKS 2019 Essential Training from LinkedIn in December 2020, Introduction to Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing from LinkedIn in October 2020, and the FE Exam from NCEES in January 2020.
