Samantha Coppels, SHRM-CP is the Chief Communications Officer(CCO) at Daphne Utilities, overseeing communication lines with the public, media inquiries, internal/external communications, social media platforms, content creation, community events & education outreach. Previously worked as a Customer Relations Liaison at the same company, handling marketing, community outreach programs, and employee events. Also, previously worked as an Executive Meeting Manager at Mobile Marriott and a sales & service coordinator/sales manager at McKibbon Hotel Management. Earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration(marketing) from the University of South Alabama Mitchell College of Business.
