Aaron Robbins is an ITSM Specialist at DANX Carousel since February 2019, responsible for implementing and optimizing IT Service Management practices, focusing on ITIL-based frameworks to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. Previously, Aaron served as an Information Technology Support Analyst, providing desktop, application, EDI, software, and integration support. Prior to these roles, Aaron completed an apprenticeship at The Development Manager (TDM) Ltd from February 2018 to July 2020, where extensive training in Networking, Data Security, and Infrastructure technician tasks was undertaken, along with significant contributions to internal projects as a key contact. Aaron holds a degree in Infrastructure Technician from The Development Manager.
