Tricia Pierson is an experienced arts administrator with a diverse background in finance, operations, and project management within the performing arts sector. Currently serving as the Director of Development at Danspace Project since July 2021, Tricia also works as a Finance Consultant for Movement Research, Inc. and Asian American Writers' Workshop. Previous roles include Finance and Operations Manager at Performance Space 122, where Tricia facilitated the organization’s relocation post-renovation, and Studio Operations Manager at The Joyce Theater Foundation, where responsibilities included managing studio bookings and operations, leading to significant revenue growth. Tricia's extensive experience spans various organizations, including notable positions with the Trisha Brown Dance Company, Stephen Petronio Company, and as a co-founder of The Dance CoOperative, highlighting a strong commitment to supporting artists and enhancing visibility within the dance community.
