Uffe Gade is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles at Danske Bank since September 2012, currently serving as Tribe Lead for Financial Crime Prevention Lifecycle Management and Senior Vice President. Uffe has held multiple senior positions, including Head of Process Delivery Centre of Excellence and Managing Partner of Digital Transformation in-house consultancy, overseeing teams and driving initiatives for operational excellence and digital transformation across Scandinavia and Lithuania. With a background in management consulting from Deloitte Consulting and experience as a professional singer, Uffe holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Psychology from Copenhagen Business School, alongside a qualification as a PADI Dive Master and a strong foundation in mathematics and music theory.
