Giedrė Šavinienė is currently a Senior ESG Analyst at Danske Bank Asset Management and serves as a Local Works Council Member at Danske Bank Lithuania, where concerns related to employee wellbeing and new ideas are raised. Prior experience includes roles as an ESG Analyst and Employee Board Member at Danske Bank Wealth Management, as well as serving as Coordinator of Volunteers at M. Čiuželio labdaros ir paramos fondas. Giedrė's career in finance and ESG also includes positions as a Financial/ESG Analyst and Financial Consultant at Storebrand Baltic, telemarketing at BITĖ Lietuva, and working as a Home Insurance Specialist at Lietuvos draudimas. Giedrė holds an MBA in International Business Economics and Management and a BSc in Financial and Actuarial Mathematics, both from Vilnius University.
