Zoja Blakaj currently serves as a Facility Administrative Assistant at Dansk Socialrådgiverforening since March 2024. Previously, Zoja held the position of Facility Manager at 3Shape from June 2022 to December 2023, where responsibilities included establishing a professional Facility Management Team, optimizing workplace operations, renegotiating vendor contracts, and overseeing physical security projects. From April 2009 to June 2022, Zoja was the Head of Facility Management at ActionAid Denmark, focusing on various sustainable energy optimization projects and ensuring efficient operations within the facility. Earlier roles include Front-Office Officer at Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke, a Buy-Aid for a French Consultant, and a Travel Agent at Skælskør Turisme.
