Henrik Lind has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Henrik began their career in 1993 as the COO of Data Institut Nord A/S and later worked as a Senior Business Development Manager at Amitech A/S from 1997 to 1999. Henrik then served as the Sales and Marketing Manager at Nordic Computer A/S from 1999 to 2002 and CGI Denmark from 2002 to 2004. In 2004, Henrik became the CEO of HH Gruppen ApS, focusing on growth through development and strategy. Henrik also served as the CEO of Cadskolen from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, Henrik joined Dansk Revision, taking on roles such as Head of HR & Communications and Business Development. Throughout their career, they have also been involved in advisory and board positions at Center for Balance ml Arbejdsliv og Familieliv, Gersdorff Research, and Aalborg Handelsskole.

From 1988 to 1990, Henrik attended the Royal Danish Army, where they obtained the degree of Sergeant with a field of study in Danish Defence.
