Pernille Tang Raschke currently serves as the Deputy Director General and EVP of People & Culture at DI - Dansk Industri, where involvement on the board is also a key responsibility since August 2020. Pernille holds the position of Ambassador at Goodtalks since August 2019 and briefly led Human Resources at Harboes Bryggeri A/S in late 2019. Prior experience includes SVP roles in Human Resources, Internal Communications & CSR at ALK, and various positions at TDC A/S and DSB, focusing on HR and leadership development. Pernille's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business Administration from Aarhus University, complemented by studies at Luiss Business School.
