Crystal Panciera is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Dan's Management Co. - D/B/A Dunkin' since September 2022, Crystal previously held the position of Field Learning Manager for the Northeast region at Inspire Brands from March 2019 to September 2022. Earlier in career, Crystal served as a Business Consultant at Dunkin' Brands from January 2011 to March 2019 and worked on projects at Lockheed Martin from October 2009 to January 2011.
