Clay Carter has extensive experience in operations management, project management, and strategic planning in both military and private sector organizations. Currently serving as an Operations Manager at Danos, Clay oversees the coatings line of business, managing a team of 170 employees across 3 site locations. With a background in project management for oil and gas companies, Clay also has experience in strategic planning for the US Joint Chiefs of Staff and program management for the US Navy. Clay holds a Bachelor of Science in History from the United States Naval Academy and is currently pursuing a postgraduate program in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning at The University of Texas at Austin.
