Rohan D'Souza currently serves as the Warehouse & Distribution Centre Manager at Danone since November 2023. Previously, Rohan held various roles at DB Breweries from January 2020 to November 2023, including Packaging Line Manager for Glass, Can, and Keg, where management of a team of 20 Packaging Technicians and oversight of 70% of Brewery Packaging volume were key responsibilities. Rohan also managed Can, Keg, and Syrup operations with a focus on safety and operational performance while leading a team of 8 Packaging Technicians. Rohan's career began with a Supply Chain Graduate role at DB Breweries, executing multiple assignments related to packaging and logistics. Prior experience includes a Supply Chain Internship at Foodstuffs North Island Limited and a Manufacturing Internship at Buckley Systems Ltd. Rohan holds a Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Engineering (BE Hons) from The University of Auckland and has a strong educational background from St Peter's College, Auckland.
