Manon Grimwood is a seasoned professional in business development and strategy, currently serving as Director of Business Development at Danone since March 2020 and previously holding multiple strategic roles within the company. In addition to corporate responsibilities, Manon co-founded Fondation Montagne en Scène, an organization that supports projects aimed at diversifying mountain audiences, preserving the environment, and aiding victims of mountain-related accidents. As a co-founder of Montagne en Scène, a film festival showcasing mountain adventures, Manon has expanded the event to over 200 cities across more than 15 countries. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Kearney and a junior consultant position at Chappuis Halder, where significant contributions to business strategy were made. Manon's educational background includes a Mastère from HEC Paris and an engineering degree from ESTP.
