Hemish Dave currently serves as Head of Factor for Work at Factor_ since July 2023, where leadership focuses on expanding the e-commerce ready-to-eat food brand's channel to enhance workplace catering with healthier meals. As Co-Founder of Boda Coffee since October 2020, Hemish contributes to an impact-first specialty coffee business that sources fine coffee from Africa. Prior experience includes roles at HelloFresh from October 2021 to July 2023, where Hemish held positions as Associate Director of Growth and Senior Manager of Special Operations, leading new channel strategies and internal projects for employee retention and supply chain optimization. Hemish's career also includes a tenure at Wayfair as Senior Manager of Returns Grading and Product Transformation Programs and previous roles in business development and operations management in the coffee and maritime industries. Hemish holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and advanced degrees in International Business Management and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham Malaysia.
