Chelsea Alix Tibbs currently serves as Special Counsel at Dannis Woliver Kelley, providing legal guidance to school districts and county offices of education on various personnel and student issues. Previous roles include Attorney Investigator at Ellis Makus LLP, conducting workplace investigations focused on employment discrimination and Title IX compliance, and Associate Attorney at Kronick, Moskovitz, Tiedemann & Girard, where research and advice on labor and employment cases were primary responsibilities. Chelsea's foundational legal experiences also include law clerk positions at the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, McGeorge Community Legal Services, and Casa Cornelia Law Center, as well as teaching roles in economics and government. Chelsea holds a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC San Diego.
