Alexander Dietrich has a diverse work experience. Alexander started as a Working Student at KPMG Deutschland in 2012 and continued until 2014. In 2017, they became a Research Assistant at IAW Institut für Angewandte Wirtschaftsforschung until November of the same year. Alexander then joined Eberhard Karls Universität Tübingen as a PhD Candidate and Student Research Assistant, where they worked until May 2023. During their PhD, they also had visiting roles at Brandeis University and the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. Currently, they are a Research Economist at Danmarks Nationalbank since June 2023.
Alexander Dietrich obtained a Bachelor's degree in Volkswirtschaftslehre from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, which they completed between 2013 and 2016. Alexander then pursued a Master's degree in International Economics at the University of Tübingen from 2016 to 2018.
