Peter Lytzen is an experienced professional with a robust background in the maritime and oil and gas industries. Currently serving as a Board Member at Danske Rederier since May 2020, Peter was the CEO of ESVAGT A/S from August 2018 to November 2024, where leadership focused on providing specialized vessels for the oil, gas, and wind sectors. Prior roles include Chairman of the Board at Orion Holdings, Board Member positions at Sevan Marine ASA and KNL Networks, and Executive Board Member at Teekay Corporation. With a career originating in engineering and project management at Shell and Maersk, Peter holds a BSc (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Copenhagen.
