Louise Kryger is an experienced professional with a strong background in mental health and psychosocial support, currently serving as Team Leader at the Danish Red Cross. Louise has held various positions, including Regional Psychosocial Advisor for East and Southern Africa and MHPSS Delegate. Prior experience includes serving as MHPSS Advisor at the IFRC Reference Centre for Psychosocial Support and as an Independent Consultant for the Danish Red Cross. Louise has extensive experience in program and strategy development, technical support, capacity building, and training. Notable roles also include Project Coordinator for the Life Planning Skills Program for Youth in Post Conflict in Uganda and various previous positions that focused on psychosocial support, education, and capacity building. Louise holds a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen, specializing in developmental and community psychology.
