Ida Hindbo currently serves as the NSD and Youth Project Manager and Development Consultant at the Danish Red Cross since August 2022. Previous roles include Project Manager and Project Assistant at DFUNK - Dansk Flygtningehjælp Ungdom from September 2018 to August 2022, and Project Coordinator at Boligforeningen 3B for a brief period in July 2018. Additionally, Ida worked as Coordinator and Teacher at Kalø Højskole from August 2017 to June 2018, and as Project Coordinator for Save the Children Denmark and Københavns Kommune from August 2015 to August 2017. Experience also includes positions as Program Assistant at Unite Lebanon Youth Project and Workshop Developer and Instructor at Basmeh & Zeitooneh for Relief and Development. Prior to these roles, Ida contributed as a Student Assistant at Tingbjerg BeboerCentrum. Educational qualifications encompass a Master's degree in Social Work from Aalborg University, an exchange program focusing on Theories of Minority-Majority Relations at the University of Copenhagen, Arabic language studies at ALPS Language School, and a degree in International Migration and Ethnic Relations from Malmö University.
