Christel Voldby Winther is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and consultancy in the fields of mental health, education, and communication. Currently serving as Program Manager at Røde Kors since January 2018, Christel oversees initiatives aimed at enhancing the mental health of migrants and refugees and advises on family reconnection efforts through the Red Cross Tracing Service. Previous roles include managing volunteer coordinators in the Danish Red Cross Asylum department, project management and training consultancy at Mellemfolkeligt Samvirke Action Aid Denmark, and various teaching and consultancy positions. Christel holds two Master's degrees in Communication and Cultural Sociology from respected Danish institutions and has a foundational education from NørreG.
